What I Do
I help people make better choices.
My clients may have symptoms such as depression, anger, or anxiety. They may have a poor sense of self. Sometimes they just feel lost. The consistent element is that they have situations in their life they have not been able to resolve. Sometimes they are not entirely aware of just what is causing the problem.
People respond to situations in their life based on past experience. They develop mental models of how the world works and make choices based on these models. But, sometimes, the old model does not fit the current situation. I help people become aware of their own mental models, the choices they make, and the choices that are available that they did not consider.
